As the first Prosthodontic clinic in Bend, you have the opportunity to join our team to help solve complex dental problems through the use of innovative technologies and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The clinical dental assistant will support the prosthodontist with patient care, while maintaining an organized and professional work atmosphere. This role ensures that all needs are met during dental procedures, while providing a comfortable and inviting environment for the patient. A successful candidate is a detail-oriented, high-performing assistant, with a growth mindset and passionate about having a positive impact on our patient’s lives.
Dental Assistant
Job Duties
-
Provide chairside assistance to the Prosthodontist during all procedures to ensure optimal patient care
-
Room set-up and break-down for appropriate patient care
-
Document accurate notes and reporting in patient charts
-
Assist in diagnostic imaging and photography that will be used for patient treatment and content creation
-
Sterilization of instrumentation
-
Ensure equipment and tool maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs as needed
-
Control Supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for, and verifying receipt of supplies
-
Assist Prosthodontist with lab tasks as directed
-
Ensure OSHA compliance of workshops and lab, and complete understanding of HIPAA
-
Contributes to team effort through collaboration. Requires ability to multitask
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience as a dental assistant preferred or willingness to obtain certification
-
Dental Assisting License preferred
-
Strong knowledge of dental procedures
-
Radiography certification
Dental Patient Concierge
Job Duties

Communicate with referral offices

Build relationships with patients and other dental offices

Present patient treatment with doctor

Directly communicate with the patient regarding finances

Assist with the new patient experience

Answer the phone, send emails, and schedule patients

Assisting patients to fill out forms

Maintain and Updating patient account and records
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting required
-
Proper mindset to participate in a start-up practice
-
Outside sales experience preferred
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
-
In-depth knowledge of prosthodontic dentistry and ability to describe procedures in simple language

Dental Receptionist
Job Duties
-
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
-
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed
-
Assisting patients to fill out forms
-
Maintain and Updating patient account and records
-
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing
-
Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email
-
Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements
-
Submit insurance claims on patient’s behalf
-
Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
-
Function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor
Qualifications
